We decided to dilute the Internet battles that are raging after the first round of the Presidential elections in Ukraine and publish the latest figures for TV viewing in the OTT/IPTV panel.
While preparing to the monthly publication of the traditional review from BIG DATA UA, we couldn’t stop but analyzing the TV viewing figures on the day of elections. Therefore, we monitor TV viewing of the most national TV channels while they were monitoring the voting process. We provide you with some TOP 20s basing on our monitoring results March 31, namely, Top 20 channels, Top 20 broadcasted programs and Top 20 programs on news channels.
Before you start studying the channels’ figures on March 31, we’d like to provide you with interesting information from TV viewing monitoring world of BIG DATA Rating.
Mr. Volodymyr Zelensky announced his intention to run for President of Ukraine on December 31, 2018. And starting from February 17, 2019, Channel 1+1 launched the Servant of the People (1-3 seasons) with him in the lead role. According to the monitoring results in the OTT/IPTV panel, the coverage of this show from February 17 to March 29 was 175 thousand households and the total number of contacts for the period - more than 608 thousand. The last series of the serial, which were shown on March 27-29, received the average rating of 0.59% and the average viewing share was 18.15%, and about 71.5 thousand households watched them.
